With Mike being gone all last week working in Kansas City, I was on my own for dinner. I won't lie, I love coming home from work and having dinner ready. Well, I was looking forward to dinner Fri night. Mike made an interesting dish that was very good. It was Chicken Curry in Roasted Acorn Squash. It was very yummy. I've been thinking of adding our favorite recipes to our site, so this one may show up soon.
After dinner, we watched Little Miss Sunshine. It was very funny, I especially like the ending.
