Photos of Our Belize Trip

We went to Belize for a friend's wedding in Hopkins and stayed at the Almond Beach Resort.  We decided to go a few days early and stay on Caye Caulker to go scuba diving on the barrier reef.  We stayed at the Seaside Cabanas there.  We really loved Caye Caulker.  

Here are some of my favorite photos of Belize.  We really, really liked it there.  It's so laid back, everyone is friendly, and even the food we had was awesome.  The rest of the photos are on our web album:  Belize April 2010.  Enjoy!!

Hopefully everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We visited Mike's family in Missouri for the long weekend. It wasn't a good weekend for Kstate or KU football...no bowl for Kstate and no national championship bowl for KU....bummer!

After the holiday weekend, I extended my holiday a little and went to Las Vegas with my mom for her 50th birthday. I won a little on the slots and we went to see "O" at the Bellagio. The Vegas Strip is on the upgrade, there is a lot of construction. There is a new mega resort going up next to Monte Carlo and lots of current places are adding more towers to their resorts.

Now on to something fun! Our wedding was chosen to be featured in the Kansas/Missouri edition of The Knot a while back. We filled out a questionnaire and submitted our photos. We just received our copies today, so they should be up in the stores soon. It's the Spring edition. Check out our article below. Wedding Pictures To Music

As if we aren't all tired of seeing our wedding pictures. Well, our photographer sent us a DVD slideshow of our pictures to music. They are pretty neat.

I don't know how to stream it all into 1 video, so it's 4 separate ones. The music from the first will continue onto the second one. Enjoy!
