Park City Utah

This year we got to ski twice!  A friend of ours is living in Utah and we planned a trip to go skiing there.  Last weekend, we went to Park City Mountain Resort for night skiing on Friday and Canyons Resort on Saturday.  It snowed on us allll day on Saturday!

Lake Tahoe Ski Trip

I'm taking a little time out from facebook and will be trying to update our blog more often instead.  A week ago, we took a trip to Lake Tahoe to go skiing.  Mike has a friend that has a family town home that we stay in when we go there.  We skied at Heavenly and had a great time meeting up with a friend of Mike's on the slopes.  I hadn't skied in 2 years, but picked it up like it was only yesterday.  I only had one major crash where I got separated from the group, because I couldn't get back into my skies on the steep slope.  It took me a while and everyone thought I must have went on passed them, so they separated to find me.  Luckily, I was spotted in my pink pants and rescued pretty quickly.  Next time, I'll take my cell phone just in case.

I get a little behind on stuff now that I have a new job. For those of you that don't know, my pharmacy was closed while we were on vacation in Italy. They closed it due to lack of profit. I had to look for a new job when we got back from our trip. Thankfully, it didn't take me long to find something, but it has taken a little while to settle in, learn a new system, and get back on track. I had the luxury of being online a lot at my last job, but not so much anymore!

Colorado Ski Trip

We had our annual ski trip this year in Colorado. We left New Years Day and were delayed an hour, because the pilots didn't show up. The funny thing is that they announced we were fogged in and couldn't leave, but we heard other planes taking off and landing. Their announcement didn't go over so well.

We rented a condo in Frisco and skied at Copper Mountain on Friday and Breckenridge on Saturday.

Lake Tahoe Ski Trip

We spent Presidents' Day weekend skiing in Lake Tahoe. We stayed at one of our friend's place and skied at Kirkwood on Saturday and Heavenly on Sunday. It was very warm both days, in the 50s. By Sunday afternoon, we were all pretty exhausted. It was a great weekend hanging out with family (Sam) and friends (Troy, Tejada, and Melissa).

Tejada brought a few fun games to play. Here Sam, Melissa, Tejada, and Mike are playing Blokus. The other game in the corner is Quixo. We also had Jenga and Connect Four.

Skiing in Colorado

We went skiing in Colorado over the past weekend. Mike's brother, Sam, lives in Boulder and he was able to go with us. We stayed at one of Mike's friend's place in Frisco and skied at Keystone Friday night and Breckenridge on Saturday.

Did I mention I love Colorado and can't wait to move there someday?!?
